Join the Founder’s Office. Work directly with Shifu Foundation’s founders and leadership to build and grow the programmes behind a nationwide movement. You’ll pick one of two tracks: Programs or Growth.
India’s next great founders aren’t only in Bengaluru, Mumbai and Delhi. They’re in every one of India’s 800 districts. They build with talent and grit, but with almost none of the access metro founders take for granted.
The Shifu Foundation exists to change that. Our vision is to support 100 tech entrepreneurs from each of India’s 800 districts.
Shifu Foundation is run by seasoned founders who have built, scaled and exited companies. Now we’re building the programmes that connect founders beyond the metros with the mentors, networks and opportunities that change their trajectory, and we’re building most of it from scratch. That’s where you come in.

Candidates selected from the field task work with us on real tasks in a paid engagement. It is a chance for both sides to get to know each other.
Yes. B-plan competitions, E-Cell work, a startup internship or your own venture all count. We care about what you did, not the logos on your CV.
Yes. The part-time role (15–20 hours a week) pays ₹20,000–₹30,000 a month.
Yes. The part-time option (15–20 hours a week) is built for students.
Pick Programs if you love making things happen and building systems. Pick Growth if you love stories, content and getting people to say yes. Pick the one where your past work shows the most proof.
Associates who perform well are offered a full-time role at Shifu Foundation at market salary.
Remotely from anywhere in India, or from Bangalore. Willingness to travel is a plus.
We know exams matter. Share your academic calendar when you join, and we’ll plan around it together. During exam weeks you can scale down your hours. What we ask in return is that you tell us early and hand over your work cleanly, so nothing drops while you’re away.

Links to startup work you have done, with a line explaining your role in each. Where possible, include a contact who can vouch for your contribution.
